Cancellation Policy

By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following: 1. Access & Safety The client will provide safe access to the property and ensure the work area is free from hazards. Aggressive pets must be secured during service. 2. Scope of Service Cleaning will be performed according to the services agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional tasks may require additional fees and prior approval. 3. Payment Full payment is due before our team arrives at the property for the scheduled cleaning service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled if payment has not been received before arrival. Any additional services requested after payment may be invoiced separately or require payment before completion. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least **48 hours** before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may be treated as a late cancellation. 5. Respectful Conduct & Non-Discrimination We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all staff and clients. Abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour toward our staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services immediately if such conduct occurs, without refund. 6. Liability While reasonable care will be taken, the company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed as fragile. Any concerns regarding service quality or damage must be reported within 24 hours of service. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue. Client Acknowledgement By scheduling our cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
